No, the WaveFit R100 does not support Apple watch telemetry. However, your favorite fitness app may be Apple watch compatible.

The R100 water rower seat is approximately 12 in. wide and 10 in. in depth .

The R100 water rower distance from the seat to the floor is approximately 13 in.

Water Rower assembly can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours dependending on one's mechanical skills, and experience. Please check out the WaveFit Assembly Videos for step by step instructions. In addition, in-home assembly can be arranged through WaveFit.

Yes, WaveFit water rowers use dual pin footpads to adjust heel position and strap for a secure fit.

Water rowers have two types of resistance; how fast you row and the amount of water in the tank. The water tank is marked with a minimum and maximum water quantity. We recommend starting with the minimum and gradually increasing over time.

Periodic maintenance is required to maintain the condition of the water in the tank. We recommend using DISTILLED water only. If water discoloration occurs, we recommend emptying the tank, flushing it out with clean water, refilling it with distilled water.

NEVER USE POOL CHLORINE OR CHLORINE BLEACH in the tank as this will damage the polycarbonate tank.

Yes, WaveFit water rowers come with a siphon pump that can be used to fill and remove water from the tank.

Yes, the water rower can be stored upright with water in the tank. We recommend storing it upright against a wall when not in use. Always use the folding lock pin while in the upright position.

Resistance level is determined by the amount of water in the rower. To reduce the amount of resistance, use the included siphon pump to remove water. To increase the amount of resistance, simply add water.

Keep the exercise equipment indoors, away from moisture and dust. Do not put the exercise equipment in a garage or covered patio, or near water.

The Console uses two AA batteries (not included); alkaline batteries are recommended.

The console is designed to connect via Bluetooth to your favorite fitness applications. Most fitness apps provide Exploration, Coaching, and structured workout programs by difficulty, length, cadence or heart rate. By itself, the LCD console provides time, pace and distance metrics.

WaveFit water rowers support the FiTness Machine Service bluetooth protocol which standardizes communication with fitness equipment like indoor cycles, treadmills, elliptical and rowing machines. Fitness app which are

The console is designed to save power while connected to a fitness application. When the Fitness application is disconnected the console display will resume.

In general, water rowers are more quiet than friction, magnetic and hydraulic resistance rowers. Maximum loudness while in use is typically around 60-69 decibels which is as loud as a normal conversation.

A Bluetooth (BLE) heart rate monitor can be connect to the R100 water rower console via its mobile app or connect to one of your favorite apps which support heart rate telemetry.
